All followers of big kevs routine
Just wanted to share a great variation I tried for arms yesterday.
Normally on the big kev routine you would superset straight biceps curls with scull crushers , well try supersetting e-z bar curls with close grip bench but be sure that your arms travel along the sides of your chest and don't throw the elbows out - man my arms are still pumped
Just my 2c worth

I'll try that. I like close grips,and always try to stick them in my routines.
