Cell tech / Creatine on non workout days. Take or not to take?
Should I take it or not ? Cell tech says yes, but knowing them Im sure its just so you finish up quick and go buy another tub.
Anyone with experience with both ways or anyone with the knowledge, hit me back

I take my Cell-Tech only on training days, right after my session. I read an article in Muscular Development backed up by research, that said this is the only time that one needs to take Creatine.

worked best for me taking 2 types of creatine. cell tec on training days full dose then a cheaper creatine mixed with 1/2 serving cell tec on non training days

thinking about it bro i took at least 1 additional serving of creatine daily besides cell tec. i weigh 242 so i have to take more

if you can afford it, do it everyday, if not, do it only on training days and run cheap creatine on non- training days
