4 sets 10 reps Preacher alternating narrow grip for 2 sets and wide grip for 2 sets.
Hammer curls 3 sets 15 reps.
dumbell curls 3 sets 10 reps.
reverse curls 3 sets 10 reps.
BACK
dead lifts 4 sets 10,8 6 4
dumbell rows 4 sets 10
pulldowns behind neck 3 sets 10
pulldowns wide in front 3 sets 10
Seated rows 3 sets 10


This is what i do and was just wondering if you guys think I need to tweak this up a little, all comments welcome....
