Delts, what do you do for them?
I usually do standing or seated military press for my delts and then I do some *shudder* arm raise type things. I hate doing the arm raises cause it just looks like such a "pumper" type of movement, but I really gotta work on my delts. Any suggestions, I'm fresh outta ideas?

I agree with Peter North...I recently started incorporating cables into my workout and have already started seeing good results. Best of luck!

I'll throw out one of my delt workouts
1 heavy set- Front Raise
1 Drop Set - Front raise
3 sets Lateral Raises
3-4 sets, some type of shrug exercise
3-4 sets, reverse pec dec or bentover raises
