Help with stretching excercises!
We can all admit that most of the time we dont do enough strecthing, if any at all!
Anyone got some good tips for a quick stretch routine before I do my weights?
Something simple and easy to do that wont make me look like a toe standing, pirouet doing Ballet freak (no offense to any guys that do ballet, its hard on the body, but its just not my thing!)

alright. i'll post the body part and the stretch that i do for each:
Shoulders - Doorway
Arms - Overhead
Back - Fixed Bar
Chest - Doorway
Lower Body - Kneeling
Hips - Lying *wall*
Calves - Wall Straight Leg
