    Front Squats or Leg Press?

My core leg exercise is of course squats. I used to almost always follow squats w/ front squats, but recently have been performing leg press instead. I have had good results with both of them, but which is better?

Both are good, I prefer to do Leg press after squats cuz' I can load up more weight without havin' to worry 'bout balancin' myself. Front squats are real good hittin' the tear drop, I feel.

Why not do both. Start with squats if you like, then do leg press then on to front squats.

I would alternate them and use the both, but not in the same wk/out if you're really using high intensity.
