this is my first post so bare with me, ive searched the forum but couldnt find a similar post so here goes.
im wanting to do a workout for strength rather then size, im just wondering if anyone else does a strictly strength workout??
can anyone advise what style of workout (sets/reps/weight) i should do.
hope some one could help.
