hey im sure someones talked about this before but i couldnt find it in the search. anyway my tailbone or wahtever bone it is above the ass hurts like hell right now and it has all of today and i know its from the squats i did yesterday. anyway do i just need to toughen that spot up (i dont think you can toughen bones up that way but you know) or am i doing something wrong with my form? im pretty sure im not; im getting my legs about parallel and feet straight not inwards and not having my knees go farther foward then my toes blah blah blah. I was thinking i might need one of those workout belts?
