My husband has asked me to see if anyone knows some good workouts for "TRAPS" (I think thats what he said).

rack deadlifts 2x5
Simple and to the point. Throw in some rows and you've got a complete back workout.

Up right rows. Stand straight up. Use a straight bar. Hold with palms inward and pull up to chin without bending or bouncing knees. Lower back down to normal hanging position.
