Take a 45 plate and sit on the end of a bench.. hold the plate on the back of your head and move your head up and down....
Then lay on the bench (your back) and put your head over the back end and put the plate on your face and lift up and down.

I am a wrestler with a 20.5 inch neck...bridging helps and so does lay on a bench and put a pad on your forhead and place a 45 or 2 on your head and press it up just use you neck though nice and slow.....if u have a spotter he can just use his hands to push your neck down or if no one is there u can just use a strap and u hold the ends.....working your neck makes your traps HUGE!!!
