Looking 4 a new training split

I've recently found myself to have overtrained pretty badly. Tired, sluggish and not making any gains. I've also changed up my split to a 3 on 1 of 2 on 1 of program. Looks like this
Mon Chest
Tue Back
Wed Legs
Thur Off
Fri Shoulders
Sat Arms
Sun Off
I do abs with chest, and shoulders.

8 weeks of reps 10 8 8 6 adding weight each time last set till fairly
after 8 weeks 2 weeks 6-4-4-2 for strength
then repeat
