having a high red blood count i guess from using test for so long how bad is that for me and if i could donate blood how often should i do this as blood levels stay high is there any symptoms of this.

symptoms may be :Changes in skin color (redness) in one leg
Increased warmth in one leg
Leg pain in one leg
Leg tenderness in one leg
Swelling (edema) of one leg
they use a drug called" warfarin" to thin your blood . i would go see a doctor though before anything if you know its way too high. if any doubts just go to doc.
