    Level of iron in blood?

    Hey just got blood work done and doctors office called and said everything was in normal ranges but i get a copy of my results and it shows my iron is 192 and says ranges r 50-132. Was just wonderin y they didnt say anything to me about it.

    ring them and ask. If ur levels are too high you may have to give blood every 3 months to reduce them.

    This is a common problem for bodybuilders: our diets often include a lot of red meat, which is high in iron. Just give blood and you should be fine.

    The amount of active hormone in your bloodstream at any given time will be negligible and wouldn't affect a recipient (don't just go and pin a bunch of suspension 1 hour before to try to prove me wrong).
