    Blood Test.

    I just got a full blood test, everything checked out normal except for my ldl cholesterol. It was at 110 mg/dl and the range is 0-99, so its a little high. not on cycle right now, been off for 3 months. anyone know anything to do to lower this? is 110 really that bad?

    There are many cholesterol lowering otc supps. the one I like the most is cholest off,
    110 is really not that bad.
