Blood work results
Okay finally got results today:
test free & total 491
Percentage free test 1.27 is below normal
free 62.2 pg/ml
my doc said it isn't low enough on my free test to
prescribe anything to me.
I have other issues as well:
my b12 is off the chart with 1353
triglycerides 201
HDL choelesterol 28
creatinine 1.48
eGFR 55
age 33
200lbs
bodyfat: I really do not know
she said take off from creatine and said take 2000mg fish oil everday for a month. WTF? I need something else for motivation. Now what?

First thing I would do is get my bf% measured accurately. It's a great starting point. How's you diet?

I think the problem I have is eating too many eggs. I eat sometimes 3-5 a daybut usually in the morning. My bodyfat does really need to be measured acuratelly. I really think it is is around 28. I am going to do the Fish Oil and get off the creatine for sure. I bought a lot of talapia and salmon yesterday. Maybe should do more egg whites/beaters instead.

3-5 eggs ed won't do any harm given that the rest of you diet is in check...

Found a new Doc
I was referred to a new doc last week and found out they do not take insurance. $450 for the first consultation. He does not have my med records yet but mentioned my free test was low from a test a few weeks ago. The nurse gave me a good hint that I am qualified to get testosterone . They only stipulation is the they only take cash and it would be a $3 a day minimum to keep test shots or whatever I choose - pills-injections-creams-or gels. Damn I'm excited to see this but it can get costly quick! I want it but damn this is pretty high. I wish I can find someone that would take my insurance instead.! This doc is very well known and this is this is what he specializes in particular. HRH.

Your hdl is very low. Flush free niacin, 3-5 grams of fish oil a day should help. You don't want it to be that low for vey long.
