my alt is 84 - normal 60 is the high

my ast level is 42 normal 40 is the high

is this bad?

Your just a bit over the normal limit. That maybe due to hard workouts to. Muscle damage makes your AST and ALT go up some. Are you on cycle? I don't know why you got no responses.

hey man im just in the same situation taht you are!

and the thing is:im clean!no steroids for at least 4years!also when i blood test my other liver enzymes were normal just the ast and alt were at that value as yours.

and you?when was your last shot?
i read somewhere that msucle damage could raises ast and alt levels...
