Im quitting my job and wont have health insurance

Is getting blood work expensive without insurance? And should I go to my local hospital and have it done or where is a cheap place to go so I can keep up with my blood work?

    It's pretty damn expensive.

A full male hormone panel (the wholel sha-bang!) was quoted at $2500+ by CompuNet.

I know there are some online tests (saliva) that are cheaper I believe. I can't remember the website though.

if you have insurance do you just go and randomly tell your doctor you want a hormone test?

it is very expensive. My insurance covered half, and I ended up paying the other $1100. They drew like 4 vials.

well with me having Kaiser I dont pay a dime to have the tests done

If I cant afford the tests I guess I go without for the next year until I get back into a job?

I dont "need"a job but damn just the health insurance kinda makes it worth having one
