    Testosterone 13.9 8.4 - 28.7 nmol/L (~409 ng/dL)

    My question is two-fold:
    (1) What do people think about this level for someone my age (28 y.o.)? As to symptoms, I do feel quite tired and weak in general, but I'm not a tiny guy (weigh 208lbs with 23% bf).

    (2) If this does seem low... What are my *reasonable options* to try to bring up with my GP for increasing it?

From my perspective, I feel increased test would help with my fatigue, sex drive (maybe not as big of a factor), motivation (at work), and helping me lose the extra belly fat.

    Thanks!!

Lower your bf. It will help with energy problem's. You can do this by diet and hitting the gym and doing cardio/weights.

The above advise will help. Diet is key, and make sure you get plenty of vitamins ... Add some zinc, B12, and drink lots of water. Finish it off with good sleep.

Yes sir.. that's what I've been workin' on.. gettin' better. I did finally get a specialist endo referral but its not till September.. will try to get in sooner... I reminded my doc that he mentioned my test levels were low last time (~3yrs ago) also (but again, not outside of the gigantic range they give).. don't know the exact number though.
