so it appears that i have subclinical hypothiroidism AGAIN, increased fsh and increased progesterone.
subclinical hypothiroidism i had 2 years ago but managed to keep it on levels with levothyroxine.
Whats with increased fsh and progesterone anyway ?
i forgot to mention that i have varicocele. could this be the cause ?

    1. The progesterone elevation doesnt seem right, you take AAS in the last 3 months? other meds? PCT?
    2. FSH elevation is odd as well, in men it is usually only elevated with testicular failure, sometimes related to tumors [pituitary adenomas, gonadotropin releasing tumors/germ cell tumors] or meds. What have you been using in last 3 months - 6 months?
    3. The high TSH and normal T4 suggest subclinical hypothyroidism, if you are symptomatic then you should see a physician and treat.
    4. Not related to varicocele.

    Good luck
