What all BLOOD WORK test should I ask for?

I want to ask for as much Blood work as possible!
so far I'm going to ask for:


CBC
BNP
cholesterol

Bass I could request all of that, I just qualified for a 100% ins coverage, but I wasn't really looking for a trt physician, because right now I know my lvs would be high because I'm cruising on 400mg a week! compared to the last cycle I ran this is cruising lol. My wife is a nurse and we did a home phlebotomy a week ago just for good measure, I wasn't feeling bad just trying to be pro active.
My main concern is making sure I'm healthy, I know I should get all those tests, but what do I tell my PCP when my lvs come back high?

Just tell my PCP I was taking some kind of test booster from GNC? Of course my doctor will know the truth, but I dont want a physical record of anabolic steroid use , because god forbid I need to visit the hospital in the future for any reason they will just say he's a steroid user and that's why. Trust me from a first hand source, DR and Nurses pass judgement on any history of any use of illegal substance and it does reflect in the treatment a person receives.

no, not to look for a TRT doc, just so you can see the blood test list and choose what you want.

Got back my blood work results, she did not put in for any test lvs though. But happy to say after being on self administered trt for 2 yrs with 5 major cycles everything came back within parameters! very happy
