Hematocrit is still high at 53%, you have a lot of blood , IMO you should try to lower it below 0.50. But do you feel better now? Feeling lethargic and out of breath easily?

Kidney value creatinine is fine, urea a bit high but you might just be a bit dehydrated.

Liver AST and ALT are ok, LD is a bit high, did you have a liver ultra sound yet, I cant remember. I do an abdomen ultrasound every couple of years just to check if everything is ok, if you havent done one yet you could ask your doc for one, its pretty standard. In the ultra sound they will check for liver size, etc

My Shortness of breath has totally disappeared (THANKGOD) and as for lethargic side its not really bad unless i wake up for early shifts for work.

I havent done an ultra sound yet but i will do that, So does it sound like my livers in bad shape? i use to use anadrol in alot of cycles but havent touched orals in quite some time now.

Oh forgot to mention, I was still running PCT while having this bloodtest done, Would the urea be high because of me using Aromasin /Clomid?

Your ALT / AST are just fine. They can run high in anyone that works out and can remain elevated for up to 7-10 days simply due to exercise and muscle break down. Yours are not even close to elevated.

Giving blood was already mentioned so I did not. Other than doing that asap (maybe double reds) it looks fine.
