Blood work results - should I be concerned about the Estradiol level?

Got the female hormone panel done thru PrivateMD and I'll tell you, drew it on Saturday had results on Monday. No reason not to get blood work done. I'm a 40 year old male and pinning 250 mg Test Cypionate every 5 days and Anastrozole 0.5mg EOD. Blood test was on the 4th day after last pin, day before next pin.
Test results are expected just questioning if I should up my anastrolzole. I'm in the normal range on day 4 but wonder if its thru the roof on day 1 or 2. No signs of gyno just a little breaking out on the quads. I'm probably over thinking it since I have no other signs, what are your thoughts?

Results:

Test - >1500 range 348-1197
LH - 0.1 range 1.7-8.6
FSH - <0.2 range 1.5-12.4
Estradiol - 34.8 range 7.6-42.6

You should have done the sensitive estradiol.

Everything looks normal, just very scarce panel of tests
