5 month post cycle. Opinions please!

Just got results from my blood work. I am about 5 months POST cycle.

Wanted some opinions on how normal my levels are for my age.

    History + stats
1 cycle: 14 week, 400mg/week test-cyp. Adex @.25 eod. Clomid 75/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20. Mid cycle bloods had my test at 3200 ng/dl.

    31 years old. 5'9, 185lb.
    Olympic Weightlifter (not body builder)
Pretty damn athletic, can run a sub 20min 5K and still Clean + Jerk and Squat some weight.

    Current bloods are attached.

Sorry its so small, having trouble finding a file type to use that will upload. You can click on it a few times and it zooms.

Did you have any pre cycle bloods to compare this with?

    No man...

My biggest regret is rushing into that first cycle without my pre-cycle bloods done.

I thought I had every duck in a row in regards to research, AI, PCT, mid-bloods, etc... But my rookie mistake was the lack of pre-cycle bloods.

As far as "feeling" goes, I feel just as good and perform just as well in the gym as before my cycle. Libido is fine, no ED, Sleep is good, I have none of the reported symptoms of low-t that people complain about.

Now I am within range, however, it is obviously in the lower end of the range. I was thinking about running my next planned cycle (Test prop only) and doing a slightly stronger PCT? Also my brand of PCT products has a MUCH better reputation than what I used on my last cycle.

Well, it may or may not get higher if given more time. You have a functioning pituitary although the levels could surely be higher. That said, we don't know how functional your testicals are. What I don't see is thyroid, prolactin or cortisol which can all impact natural test production.

It doesn't appear you ran HCG on cycle or pre-pct Scally method. Often times testicals will simply lag behind when it comes to returning to normal production.

Pretty amazing if you can run a sub 20 5k @ 185lbs, and with a low (normal, inside range) hematocrit.

    Congratz!!

I will look for a test that includes those things next time for sure.

Thinking about going through my medical for some testing and see an endo. Definitely not interested in HRT while in my 30's, but would like a comprehensive analysis of everything.

Going to look for a reliable and reputable source/ brand for HCG and try incorporate it this next cycle.

I am in the military and our fitness test includes a 3 mile run. I love smoking my young 19-21 yr olds on the test. Plus I have to be fit to set a solid example.
I am naturally an endurance guy, ran track and swam in high school. Olympic Weightlifting is a significant challenge for my slow twitch muscles ha ha.
