i actually tried listening to country one time, just cause it was the only cd i had for some reason and my workout wasnt anything spectacular. sometimes 80's music get me pumped like "i wanna rock" or "rock you like a hurricane" oh yea thats the stuff. otherwise always new rap

Outlaw Anthems got the cd player removed from my schools gym. The whole effin your pussy was like effin the wound from a shotgun blast.... with gangrene didnt go over too well.

I don't listen to anything but the voices in my head when I lift, seems everything else distracts me. I do make a new mix for each cardio session...which is daily...gets me through those 30 or 40 minutes. Nothin like runnin 6 miles and no knowin where they went!
