Ya bro, i saw an interview with him and he said hes always wanted to make a "traditional Chinese flick". This is it... Plus he said he wants to make a japanese animation movie to Kill Bill. Sounds interesting from what i heard.

Tarantino did not direct Hero, he is only promoting it. The movie was actually directed by Zhang Yimou but in order for Miramax to release it in the states and not nix the film they wanted Tarantino to promote it.

And all you tarantino haters, I couldn't disagree with you more!

I saw the adverts for it the other day....looks good. Sorry but I'll have to agree with Mart (YOU have no idea how much that fact kills me to admit) that I don't like what's his names movies....although "Dusk til Dawn" was pretty good.....but then again Cheech's little "Pussy, pussy pussy..." skit is the reason I like it for the most part. Now that I know he's not really part of it I'm sure I'll like it......I've liked most of Jet's movies.

almost all of Jet Li's chinese movies are awsome. The evil cult and the once upon a time in china movies are my favorites. Bad ass movies for sure but I dont like chinese sense of humor
