It was funny how Kerry even flip flopped in his OWN debate last night! He stated at first that Saddam Hussein was not a problem, Osama was. Then nearing 45 minutes into the debate, a question was asked, and he stated that Saddam WAS a threat. I mean, cmon folks. This guy couldn't be the president of HEINZ. Not only is he a flip flopper, but he is a poor excuse for a presidential candidate. Al Gore would be 1000000 times more suited for president than John Kerry would EVER be.(begin sarcasm) and I STILL wouldn't vote for either of them if someone had a gun to my head (end sarcasm). President Bush, as someone stated, HELD this country together after the MOST devastating attack on US soil. The man deserves a hell of a lot of credit for having the will and desire to hunt these scum bags down to the smallest hole in the ****tiest arab nation this world has seen. If you vote John Kerry, not only are you putting your lives in danger, but the lives of your loved ones. The man knows absolutely NOTHING about foreign policy or how to run a country during times of terror. One man has stepped up to the plate, and so far, has done a fine job while at it. Just because John Kerry had excellent articulation in his debate does NOT mean JACK ****. HOW THE HELL DO YOU THINK CON ARTISTS MAKE THEIR MONEY??? im done....

WAR JOHN KERRY CAN REMAIN SENATOR, AND AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED, HE CAN KEEP SUCKING THE KETCHUP FROM HIS WIFE'S KETCHUP BOTTLE.
what a reasonable analysis, let me guess; your a republican?

Bush is such an idiot. He can't think for himself and that was obvious in the debate. Kerry is as hard*ss as they come which he proved by taking one of the most dangerous duties in Nam. Bush is a puppet and without Cheney working his strings he falls into a heap of inane babble.

If you don't understand where Kerry stands now after the debate, you weren't watching the debate. He made it very clear several times in a concise manner that he thought it was a mistake the way that George Bush went about the Iraq War. The mistake was not exhausting all options before going to war and not having a plan for the peace. The consequences for which we are paying a heavy price today, still fighting a 1.5 years later, and the last 3-4 months have been the bloodiest months, and this is evidence that George Bush didn't have a plan for the peace, and still doesn't have a plan. Kerry also made this clear on a personal level with his experience in Vietnam, however he didn't overuse it.

The other point that he made was that Saddam Hussein didn't attack us on 9/11 which is clear by the 9/11 commission. George Bush has blundered in capturing Osama Bin Laden in Tora Bora and has diverted resources to Iraq where there are 10 times as many troops in Iraq as there are in Afghanistan. Kerry also said several times he would hunt down and kill terrorists where every they were, and would not hesitate to use force, but George Bush has forgotten Osama Bin Laden and who attacked America.

George Bush has also allowed North Korea to obtain Nuclear Weapons. Iran is well on its way to them, and George Bush does not take seriously the Nuclear Weapons that are floating around loosely from the former Soviet Union.

The one thing that really surprised me is that Kerry admitted a mistake when he voted against the $87 Billion dollar bill package for the troops. It takes a lot of courage to admit a mistake like that on TV, and I was surprised he did.

I would agree that Kerry has had trouble articulating a clear point in the past, but he was very clear on the points above and where George Bush had made his mistakes and what he would/will do differently. George Bush had a lot of pauses, stuttering, and fumbled, which he always does, and its not that big of a deal any more I suppose, but when this was juxtaposed to Kerry yesterday when Kerry gave very concise and direct answers, it makes George Bush seem as if he is not sure of himself.

Overall, I really don't think George Bush said anything different yesterday, he reiterated the same message that he has been saying all along. There is just no way that you can look at Kerry yesterday in the debate however and not have known where he stands if all you've seen was that single debate. I think that was Kerry's goal for the debate and the more of these debates that come, the more they will help Kerry.

Personally I look (from the outside) at Kerry and Dubya... Dubya scares me, he's out of his effin gourd, he's WW3 waiting to happen... Kerry scares me less but he don't impress me... but I can't help asking myself one question...

In a country where the business and intellectual elite of the world are located, those 2 candidates are the best you can come up with????? WTF is up with that???

Bush is beating Kerry on this board now. I remember months back when we had the same pole. Kerry was winning back then, but now people are realizing which is the right decision to make.
