    Im Gonna Freak!!!!!

    It's 12:30 in the morn.. i've had my caloric allotment for the day. And I wanna eat evrything in the Freaking house!!! Help me keep my cool guys(&gasl). Words of inspiration.. please!!!!

    the last time I tried to cut when I got really hungry late at night......... I had a sandwich..j/k, no but seriously this is probably gonna sound stupid but it worked for me was when ever I got really hungry I just drank like 6 glasses of water and went to sleep.

    Well it is sorta true with the ice chips thing bcs it takes about 20 min of chewing before your brain starts to tell you ur full so chewing on something would help
