why u need books when u have this site and plenty of other boards where u get the first hand experience from people......books are not reliable IMO and most are outdated....u have all need right here and more

don't tell him that he duznt need the books, yes there is a ton of useful information on this site, but its so spread out between threads that it'd take forever to do research, those books, especially anabolics 2004 will be awesome and give you the info you need, if something seems outdated, then search the board to see if anyone else has any information on the topic.............BOOYAH

Yah i want to have more than this board, i have been browing here for the past year, but sometimes i want to learn a little more than waht this board can tell me. Like why to train in low rest if you are looking for mass and not strenght, or why to train this way because of (all this scientific **** that i want to read). Like i want to read stuff that tells me why to do it and what it does like scientifically.

I am trying to get a review database regarding books, mags, videos, message boards at WarriorFX.com, so far just me and Chico have added to it... There are sooooo many good publications and resources that when you filter through to the good ones - you start to be able to develop/customize your own training/diet theories...

back to the topic and hand, I just ordered Serious Strength Training, this book os really good. It gives you a lot of knowledge on Periodization, goes over any supplement you can think of, covers diet, lifts, designing a program, and even goes into the biology of the muscle. It is up to date, and you can get it off Amazon for $13 bucks in perfect condition.
P.S. Deca , stop being such a bully.
