whats some good shoes for gym
man these shoes i have now are bull****.. give me all blisters after doing the treadmill for 45 minutes.. so help me out

i used to wear sketchers to the gym. ... after a while, i felt the difference in my feet. now i use a running sneaker. ... any nike or reebok will do. its not a fashion show for me at the gym, so i don't need a $150 pair.

i used to have trouble on the treadmill with shin splints so i switched up to nike shox, no troubles since then.

working out barefoot/sandals
can flatten your feet if you care i, if you're an athlete or you run. when u perfrom lower body exercises. shoes provide support. im a nike man myself.

I wear some oakleys.. Find em great for squats since there is lots of support.. My gym owner wears those old high top reboks.. I dont even know where he finds them but he manages some how.. god they're ugly

Shoes are shoes man. Get whatever you find comfortable. Like was said before: Going to the gym is NOT a fashion show. We are all there to workout and I don't care what you got on your feet.

Flip flops in the gym. My feet don't stink...much... Arnold worked out in flip flops or barefoot as someone else mentioned.
I just started doing cardio and I get terrible shin splints in my Sketchers. I'm going to look into some Nike Shox or New Balances after reading this thread.
