I gained 20 pounds in 2 months
i used creatine and 100% whey protein
i worked out 4-5 days a week
i was impressed
This was when i first started to work out, not to mention i got mad stretch marks
This was when i had finished grade 11 and was entering grade 12
by the time school had started, everybody was like what happened to you

Right before my junior summer in high school I was just a fatass, then I lifted from about may-sep really good and it was my first time lifting, so I got great results. Im not sure exactly how much I gained but, I went from a flabby 215 to a pretty solid 200. I remember I couldnt even bench the 45s once when I started, then after the end of sep about I was literally tossing it up in the air when benching. I could then bench em 50 times.
ah yes......the good ol days.......................

I went from 155 to 190 in 4 months. Just switched up my workout routine and ate a shit load. a lot of protien, creatine, and aminos

i recently gained 8 lbs in less than 4 weeks and simultaneously lost 1/2 inch on my waist. nothing but whey, omegas, multis and 4000 clean cals aday helps alot also.

i gianed 45 lbs in 6 months on the lee prest diet,lol! I ate about 10,000 cals a day no shit.About 7 lbs was muscle. My bench went up 30 lbs.
I'll never do that agian, it was awful t ryin to lose that fat. And i lost basically all the muscle in the process.
Live n learn i guess.

Started working out on Augh 17th. Went from 142 to 148.

5'8" 185-205 in about 4 months nitro tek, cell tek, Lot's of Tuna and Chicken Subs, Lot's a veggies.... Body fat was a little to much so I started smoking crack and injecting heroin and now I'm a lean mean kenyan looking machine at 115lbs...

160-210 in 4 months. Lived it, ate it, breathed it, slept it 24/7. I was also 18 so the natural test was on my side.

From the end of December '02 until late February '03 I went from 160 to 195lbs.
That was around the time I really started lifting hard. My appettite went through the roof so i began to eat like a horse, only taking protien, creatine, and glutamine as far as supplements go.
