In N Out all the way....and if you all have never experienced an In N Out burger...then you are missing out. They are only located out here on the West Coast....anyone that lives out here knows what I am talking about...probably the freshest burger you'll ever eat. They never use meet that is over 48 hours old...and I mean 48 hours after they slaughter the cow...they slaughter the cow...process the meat...ship it out to the locations and it is cooked...any meat that is not used is donated to local shelters.
The family that owns it (most of which died in plane crash) is very Christion oriented...they have a "secret" sauce they put on the burger...it is so secret that only one of the remaining family members (the mother.grandmother) knows the whole reciepe. When they make it...one person is assnged to do one part of the sauce...they only know what they do.
There is a lot of history behind their burgers....sorry to write so much...but like I said anyone who has had one knows exactly what I am talking about.

Yes, I've had In and Out too! My wife loves that place.
It's good for sure, but too "fresh" for my liking. Sounds weird, but it reminds me of when I used to try to make burgers at home to rival those of the fast food chains, it's never the same. The same deal w/frying chicken, it's never like KFC. Their fries also taste like wet paper towels, all flat and mushy. Dunno, just not what I personally like.
Many people love In and Out, but I'd take a Jack N the Box Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger any day!
