whats your favorite hamburger?
ive tried em all wendys, mcdonalds, burger king, in n out, flamers, bigboy, etc etc. im on a hamburger rampage. my current fave is hotshots! its got half a pound of pure beef and some bacon bits and caramelized onions! sorry guys just had to share. cant wait til my next cheatday.

wow now you say that i havent had a burger in months, it must be about 4/5 months or so since ive had a fast food dinner

Homemade burger...
The patty:
1/2 pound of lean ground beef + 1 raw egg (to hold it into a patty), a bit of garlic powder, a zing of oregano, a zing of louisana red hot. Patty made wide and not too thick (cooks more evenly). Cooked on the BBQ of course and a thick slice of emmental cheese (aka swiss) is melted on it in the last minute of cooking.
The bun:
A nice large fresh kaiser bun with poppy seedds on it with some of the dough "dug out" from the middle. Warmed up but NOT toasted.
The condiments:
Mustard, ketchup, mayo, sweet relish, onion slices, tomato slices, leaf of lettuce.
Now THATS a burger! (god d@mm now I am sooo craving one!)

gotta say the buffalo burgers i got at a hotel in canada. They must have been a lb easy! absolutley massive with bacon and cheese on top. Id get on the plane for another few of those

We dont have jack in the box here, but they do make good stuff, but the best has to be this place in Gardiner, Mt I ate at this summer, "hellens" they have HUGE burgers and buffalo burgers, i got the Buffalo one, and it was awesome, horrible for you but awesome.

Hardee's (Carl's Jr.) Double thick burger...no mayo of course. 2/3lbs. of angus beef!! Can't be beat, especially by McD or BK.
