He would go to all the comps on the west coast and get his picture taken with pros/fitness chicks and send it in to Flex, MM, MD etc; with a little write up.
He is weak as a kitten and in the same weight class as Gary Colemen.
Talk about a douche bag...sorry for the inconsiderate comment, but it is true.

If xows and pigs and chickens had apposing thumbs I would be concerned but seeing we got the stand up gene and the thumbs to hold knives to slaughter said animals its all good...

damn, I train for strength and speed only, and I actually try to limit any muscle size I put on (will slow me down in a race), and I'm bigger than any of those guys. pathetic.

2. You've obviously been training for a long time. In a gym full of bodybuilders, you are probably the biggest guy in there. How do people react when you tell them you are a vegetarian?
I have had many people tell me that I was wasting my potential by not incorporating meat in my diet. However, I think I have proved most of those people wrong. At age 35 I am still continuing to improve.
3. What do you think is the most important factor in a successful bodybuilding program?
I think most of my success in the gym stems from the fact that I enjoy lifting weights. This in turn has led to consistency in the gym and in my diet. If you don't enjoy lifting weights you will never develop a successful bodybuilding program . I believe that everyone should pursue physical activity. However, weights are not for everyone.
This is the best part of the entire website. "In a gym full of bodybuilders your probabaly the biggest" by looking at his arms(w. zero definition) he looks 225lbs at maybe 18% at the lowest, if he's lucky. If he came to my gym he sure as hell wouldnt look the biggest.

Oh man I'm not trying to make fun but even the way the guys talk on those boards is different. Check this caption out for the pic that they had.
"Here's a couple of pics of Robbie for the Solent Open this year. Looking ripped, by the Nationals in a few weeks he's going to be ripped so tight his cuts will slice you like a razor "
Just couldn't stop laughing, also considering the guy is like 60 yrs old.

we could learn alot from that lifestyle. Not saying we should become vegan but the well educated vegans(not the crackpots) are alot more concious about what they stuff into there mouths then the avarage person.

if i ate all that fruits and veggies i would have to scheldule at least an hour and a half a day just to sit on the pooper. that would not only suck to only eat that but it would be dangerous to my roommates when they walked in the bathroom after me.
