We humans didnt spend 10,000 years climbing to the top of the food chain to not chow down on defenceless animals. If there isnt some kind of animal carcass everytime I sit down at the table there is somthing wrong with that picture.

Hello guys, long time reader first time poster. I finally got my act together, signed up for the gym and Im really enjoying it!
Will have been going for 4 weeks this comming Sunday, so its the first mile stone I guess. Alongside the gym im currently cutting out wheat as I know its a major water retainer for me (Im a guy btw, its a lot more common than people think.. I hope ) diet is getting on track.
At the moment my routine is this:
Monday: 30-40 minutes cardio (10-15 mintues ellipitical thingy, 5 minutes hard rowing (10), 10-15 cycle, 5 minutes hard rowing (10). Then 30-50 minutes on the weight machines, building up confidence for the free weights.
Tuesday: 3 hours of Kendo which Ive also recently in the past month started up, again really enjoyable.
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 30-40 minutes cardio (10-15 mintues ellipitical thingy, 5 minutes hard rowing (10), 10-15 cycle, 5 minutes hard rowing (10). Then 30-50 minutes on the weight machines. Maybe a sauna as well Very Happy
Friday: Rest, usually night out down the chinese with girlfriend.. mmm tofu in blackbean sauce.
Saturday/Sunday: 30-40 minutes cardio (10-15 mintues ellipitical thingy, 5 minutes hard rowing (10), 10-15 cycle, 5 minutes hard rowing (10). Then 30-50 minutes on the weight machines.
I supplement pretty heavily as I work in a healthfood store:
Multi - Viridian Phytonutrients
EFA's - Hemp Seed Oil - Eicosanoil
Others - Skin, Hair, Nails Formula - Natures Aid
Herbs - Ashwaghanda, Tribulus, Macuna
Others - Creatine (Just started loading phase 3 days ago.. its bloody good stuff!)
Im taking hemp protein with my porridge in the morning which turns it a lovely green colour Smile
After every training session I take a shake of Spirutein by Natures Plus.
I think that's pretty much everything. Just want your guys opinions really, as Ive got a lot of the knowledge, but im only starting to put things into practice, so its experience that im after. Looking to drop bodyfat and increase muscle tone and strength.
Look forward to chatting
I cut and pasted this from the above addy.......this was found in their bodybuilding/weightlifting forum.I am still in disbeleif, is this a joke or what.....just something for everyone to flame on a bit......lets all of us know how hardcore their board is.lol
