This is a stupid question...but why does this rountine work so well?
I did it today...and my god i could barely do 2 plates for 15 reps...i was friggin DEAD by the end. i could not even bend my legs
what makes this training style of different and work so well? is it b/c its just different in all aspects?

but what makes this workout for legs so good? i did it today and im KILLING
is it b/c its different??? and im not use to it??? or is the pre exhaustion just INSANE!

It's a change of pace from one's usual "norm".
Pre-exhausting is one factor, the 20 reps is another factor, and the cumulative fatigue factor all play into the program being really effective.

My partner is too much of a wuss to try the routine. I'm gonna puch it on him next leg day!
He outweighs me by 40 lbs., but I think I can take him.
