I think that if they are guilty beond all reasonable doubt and if it was planned then they should be killed in the slowest most painful way possible

Your saying that society should change, so as, if you personally don't agree with a court of law's decision, that you should be allowed to punish the defendant as you fit?

read my previous post a guy got away with murder cuz his dad knew people yes if i was the persons father /related i would kill that guy if the system is fair then people who disobey it should be punished not killed cuz killing is a severe punishment and should not be applied to everything just to murder
when the system is fair ill respect it its not

You know what this threads becoming bogus pretty fast... Thankfully there are people in the world that believe in some form of humanity. This idea of yours will never become reality otherwise there would be no general consences of right and wrong.

The part that I have a problem with, is that some people will say that their brother had good reason to kill whom ever, and regardless of guilt will want their revenge for the death of their brother.
I understand that you are upset by the injustice that the current system has in it, as am I, but if we leave these decisions to the masses, there will be anarchy.

From what I understand that is exactly the mentality in the middle east, and that is the cause of a lot of the problems that they are having in that part of the world.

I can competly understand that, it isn't nearly that bad here.
Growing up in Georgia, hell only 50 years ago, you could get away with murder, it happened all of the time. But now things have changed, and people are accountable.

I think it would be better for you to understand why they are that way, and learn from it. They are forced, due to their corrupt leadership, to live this type of life. And they are not the only ones, I remember reading a thread about a guy busted in Mexico, and the police, asked for a bribe to get him out of the trouble. It happens in many underdeveloped countries..

Where in florida did you live?
And what's keeping you from moving back?

Again I say we have no right to take the life of another person, whatever the reason may be. Murder is murder. The end. To take the life of another person is not right. I understand that you may have seen some corrupt crap going on, Crystal, but unfortunately that is the world we live in. Is it just? No. Should we put up with it? Unfortunately we have to. If we rebel against the government don't we become criminals as well? I know it isn't fair, but what in this world is?
