1 hour a day, six days a week. With my new job I have to get up at 5:55am in order to make it to the gym by 6am. I start work at 8:45 which sucks. I used to start at 9:30/945.

4 times per week - right around 1 hour session not counting before and after stretching.

When I do cardio at the gym it is longer, I do weights for 45-1hr tops and half hour cardio

1 hour to 1 hour 15 min max... After 1 hour your test levels have
been proven to drop, so really anything over an hour is a waste...

Usually 45 minutes to an hour. But I keep the intensity up.
On arm day I'm there for 1h15 as I do my forearms too.
I never do abs in the gym, always at home.

1 and half hours... (but yes, depends on workout) always include cardio for 20min warmup, abs everyday, and boxing w/ heavy bag after workout!! 4-5 days a week!!

45 mins for morning cardio 4-5x a week depending on what I'm doing
45 to an hour max usually for workouts

1-1,5 hours depending on what exercises or bodyparts Im doing. If I do heavy squats or heavy deadlifts I rest like a mofo betwen sets(upp to 5 minutes). But when doing laterals, curls and **** like that I rest very short time betwen sets(45 seconds maby).
