    bf% & shoulders,

    Hey amigos,

    hola

    Here from Hermosillo, Mexico....

    - I do not use roids and i do NOT sell Roids.
    - Natural BOdybuilding
    - Working on Shoulders. Need advice on this.
    - Fighting BF%. I think im around 15-17% and will like to down to ONE digit. I think my diet is really good, as well as my workouts routine, i do not know what am i missing. Need advice on this too.
    - Btw, some stats. 5´4", 147lbs, 17%bf.
    - Supps: on Centrum, AminoFuel, Glutamine and Hot-rox = 13 pills daily...Am i a drug addict?????

    post your diet in the diet section. Get this dialed in first then go from there.
