How do any of you get through cardio?
ive been getting up and doing 30-35 minutes of cardio while watching a tv program.. by the time 35 minutes is up i cant just stand it anymore im going crazy... i dont know how you guys can keep it up.. the only thing that makes me keep going is focussing on what i want to look like, but even then sometimes that gets put in the back of my mind..

30 is a breeze, 45 seems to take forever though,

My favorite is the stationary bike + a good book
I keep my heart rate in the zone and don't see the time fly when I am reading. Reading on the treadmill is a little harder.

my calves are so dam sore this week, i worked them monday(mistake), and have been walking on a 10.5 grade treadmill the last 4 days...

When I found out that holding your piss when you have to go really bad can lead to a bladder infection, I pause and go piss. (Yes it says this is more common in women than in men, but it still happens in men as well) I don't like risking sh*t like that, and I can't really keep up the pace when I'm grimacing and grabbing my crotch.

i've found personally i can jump rope w/out getting bored for like an hour, but only as long as pro tennis is on (go figure). or i'll ride my bike for hours, but only when it's nice out.
but i think the only thing to do in the end is just look at it as something that you have to do for 30 min. or however long you do it every time, so it's not even a question anymore.

I keep a full size mirror facing my while I walk on the treadmill so I can see myself and use that as motivation.... and have a tv mounted above it to watch sportscenter in the morning.... I die though during commercials, sh!t seems to go on forever

well I hate cardio and I hate it even more now cause I m having knee problems and I can t run on the treadmill anymore. I just bought me a stationary bike and wikll put it in front of my tv, so I m gonna watch the morning news and sweat. I don t think it s too bad

Well try having to take a **** while doing cardio...happens to me almost eveyrtime!!!! I am up to an hour of cardio, I actually enjoy it, cept for waking up at 6am.. but I am cutting..
