    Going to court in a few days!

    I was being stupid and messed up the dates on two seperate traffic violations that happened like 6 months ago, so I ended up missing my court dates. I completely forgot about it all untill I found out that I had a warrent out, and owed a 3,000$ fine, plus they are taking away my license until it's cleared! I immediatly jumped on it and set up a court date. Its in a few days. I wonder whats going to happen after I say sorry, lol. This sucks, I dont have that kind of money, and I need a license!

    most states have a work permit type liscense. You are only allowed to drive to and from work....and if you get caught doing anything else.....you lose it. Check with your state.

    My brother called me and told me that there was mail for me at my mom's house, and that it had been sitting there for a while. I picked it up, and found out. Guess it just slipped her mind to call me and tell me that I had 2 letters from the court! (I dont see or talk to my mom much)

    sh!tty bro. if it's a small town they'll probably be pretty leniant, my hometown was (then again i'm 19 and we only got about 5,000 people). if it's a bigger town they seem to get more pissy, so i dunno. just depends. these suggestions sounded good to me tho. seems you've already called so now you can just hope for hte best. good luck man

    I live in the tiny town of Los Angeles! Some of you may have heard of it. My tickets were both for not having my license on me or some crap like that.
