Haven't read Warlock-5. Seen some of the art though and it does look nice I think it was Denis Beauvais who was the illustrator for the book.

Faust is a character by Tim Vigil. He makes Wolverine look like a sissy. Vigil took some of his concepts from Wolverine and Batman and created Jasper Johns aka Faust. Mega violent and psychotic...but he's the good guy.
