    need some motivation...

    man im dieng here...been dieting for a few weeks im startin 2 loose my mind i think...all this grilled chicken, fish and egg whites are drivin me crazy....

    i need somthin with some flavor...

    but i keep tellin myself its worth it...i know someone out there gotta be feelin my pain as well...

    dude, i feel ya...it sucks..you just gotta keep your mind right and stay focused. Just try not to surround yourself with foods that you know you shouldnt eat and go to the grocery with a full stomach so you dont crave. I am jsut getting done dieting and I am so happy its pretty much over for now

    I feel ya bro I am just finishing 10 weeks of dieting down this weekend and can't wait. Going to start a clean bulk on monday, after a hell of a cheat weekend.

    dude have a cheat day where you eat one cheat meal it will reset your mind trust me

    I have been eating the same staple food for over 3 years now and dont have a single issue with chicken, eggs, or fish. It is all in the way you prepare your food. Be creative and health conscious at the same time and you wont get sick of the foods.

    since you are cutting, why not eat steaks? lots of flavor and i dont know a single carnivore that doesnt like red meat.

    Bro, i feel your pain, so does most other members on the board. Just tell yourself that although its a pain for now, you will be rewarded in the end because you will be one step closer to your goals.
    Try new ideas with your chicken, fish and eggs, etc. Look up some new recipes on the net to "liven" it up!
    I binge out once a week as it keeps me sane!

    if you dont mind the sodium, the right hot sauce will make anything taste like hot wings. thats helped me through a lot of bad times.
