full time workout (5 times a week)

is it for free ? or dou have to pay for it?

also some1 told me that some of the muslims groups give out money for other muslims...is this true....cuz i can be a muslim if i want to

no, its not enough (for me). all my friends and girlfriends are either engineers or not. all my engineer friends make $55-65k, all my "not" friends make $25-$35k. its so weird, i feel like i'm struggling (being in the former range), but then I look at my friends in the latter range and they are doing fine. I mean, I know tons of people in the lower range that have $350-500 car payments like its no big deal. I considered getting a $450 car payment and freaked out...ended up not getting it.

Btw, Texas is cheap to live in.

check ur expenses, there is always some bullcarp where ppl waste their money on.

Well obviously thats it. I guess what I was trying to say is..."whatever you are making is never enough". You always live up to your means. Well, there are some idiots that live beyond their means, but that'll catch up to them.

It is possible to live comfortably in Texas (Austin even) on $30k a year. My (ex) gf made 30k a year and she had a $350 car payment. She lived in an OK apartment (with a roommate) and she still had money to go out. She _did_ have to budget every month and basically had to live paycheck to paycheck.

Low six figues. More money = more stress!

Loan officers are the ones who make the best money in Real Estate.
Put in 10 years of hard work and if you have done it right you should be knocking down 7 figures. At least the guys with the lender I work for do.

just boxing. amateur and pro. gonna do an exibition show in the boston area this year where we're gonna have 6 or seven boxing matches and 6 or so cage matches all on the same card. dont know how thats gonna turn out but we're gonna give it a shot. if you p.m. me ill give ya names and places etc. i'd rather not post those on an open forum.
