What kind of car did you have in High School?
I had an 82 camaro with tint and racing strips. Then I traded up to a Mazada MX-3 with a supercharger and a getto sterio system.

Well, I wasn't rich, had to work the night shift at the convenienve (stealing beer *cough* *cough* and munchies) store.
Bought the fiesta for $600 back then... had to borrow $400 from dad

Yep, but I had a car most of the kids in my HS had squat... they borrowed moms' Buick Roadmonster when they had a date...
I may have driven a shitbox (and a shitbox it was!!! I think the carpets were holding the seats, 'cause there was no floor left!), but ugly old me drove the chicks home after school and got plenty of touchy-feelie, handjobs and occasionally more... what more could a pimply (and very horny) 16yo possibly ask for?

Drove by my old HS the other day... I swear more than half the kids drive to school now... and they ain't driving fiestas, pintos and ladas we had! They got a massive student parking and almost all the cars in there are nicer than what I drive every day!
It's sad that kids are so spoiled nowadays.

I got my Lic in 1987 and bought a metallic blue 1987 Trans Am GTA. I had the folks co-sign the loan but I made the payments working part time. It was a very nice ride for it's day and the girls loved it. I wrecked that thing countless times!

Coolest cars in my highschool were the ones us guys got together and built ourseves, like my buddies '76 Formula Firebird...
Of course there was the guys driving around in daddies explorer, or the little princesses in their cars that daddy bought cuz they were "safe", and while im sure those cars were more reliable, they were nowhere near as fun.
My Hemi Magnum, if i can figure out how to cut a thousand pounds off that bitch, she's gonnnnnnnnna move

I drove a '92 Z28 and sold it in on a '96 Z28 my senior year. I actually bought both of my cars and my gas though. I started working at 14 so I just saved and got a great deal on the first car then resold it for more money to buy the second one.

1990 Candy Apple red Jeep wrangler w/ grey interior. Had 2 10" subwoofers in the back(eventually were stolen out of my ride) I had these sweet ass tail light covers and a bikini top for it. I took that thing off road religiously. I dont care what type of Jeep or sport utility you own, if you off road with it, things will break and wear out, ALOT!!!! I wasnt really spoiled, just fortunate enough to have a father in the car business who came across deals all the time. As much as I hated that thing breaking down left and right, some of the best times of my life were in that Jeep. Only time I ever got it stuck was when it bottomed out in the mud, and bottomed out in the snow. Those things are tanks off road.
