Don't get it twisted fellas, I am not going to "throw it all away" in regards to being muscular and buff. I simply want to lean out and be very lean ALL THE TIME, and not worry about gaining additional mass to try and to National shows and such. That used to be a goal of mine, but now it's not. Looking good and looking like a walking example of "Vizual X-Cellence" as is my company, is exactly what I want to do. The truth is, 99% of the people you help DON'T want to be Ronnie Coleman nor look like the drug induced physiques that we think look "cool". Neither do I, as you have to look at the big picture and being that big, dependent upon drugs for that long and in those insane dosages, is not a healthy thing whatsoever. I have a wife/son, and I am looking out for them as well as myself. Everything happens for a reason, and I am just following the natural aura of life that is guiding me day in and day out.

Yeah, definitely don't want to have that attitude while on the sets. Contrary to popular belief, the actors are very congenial and aren't assholes. The only time they are like that is when you are bugging the shit out of them or acting stupid. I'd have no reason to be wanting to beat them up or anything like that, but I'd love to work w/them! I'll actually be on the set of Veronica Mars in a few weeks, and will meet the cast and possibly read for a part. More on that later.........

I am 22 and stand 6'2 and weigh around 260, my ultimate goal is to lower by bodyfat % and hopefully get to be around a weight of 200-215 area, i think that would have my body looking pretty good. I have been checking out your site and im thinking about getting on a program through you, just gotta save up some money. As for the future of my life, i am in college, studying international business. So either i may take that path or get into law enforcement, and hopefully retire by 50 and open up my restaurant, bar or nightclub i have always wanted lol, so hopefully ill be in touch with you soon about the program, thanks Vic

basically i have two main goals in my life. the first goal is to get out of school and start working as a mechanical engineer. my second goal is to get my arms to 20 inches with the rest of my body proportionately the same size and to also have a fat six pack.

You and me both Mechanical Engineering here i come. I've always kinda thought about something though...on average when u look at engineering students/grads they are usually the nerdy, glasses, skinny, pocket protector guys (no offense at all intended just making a point) so im curious as to how my opportunity at getting a job is going to be affected when i walk in to an interview stacked at 240+. I've always wondered that because of course the general public does look at muscular guys as dumbass's that might hurt in the engineering field...food for thought eh

yea, i think its funny how people have these preconceived notions about engineering students, but for the most part they are right. i dont exactly fit the mold for a typical engineer. people look at me and think im a party boy, which is true sometimes, but for the most part ive cut down on that. mostly cause i need to save all my money for my next cycles. i really dont mind that the majority of guys in my classes are skinny nerds, cause roided out pretty boys like me stand out much more to the occasional attractive female thats in the class.

Basically, I just want to be able to look in the mirror and be content with the image that's coming back at me. Right now 215lbs with 14% bf. Looking for 220lbs with 8% bf. Although that might change by the time I finally reach those stats. I'll update you guys when I get there.

Keep at it and I'm sure you'll get it! I always said that if you want something bad enough nothing can stop you from getting it!
As for me, when I got into bb, I just wanted to lose some eight because I was seriously overweight....thwn after a while I had those Ronnie Coleman aspirations that everyone has.....
Lately, with the sh!t I've been through for the last 2 years, I grew up a bit, and now I want to be ripped, but I still want people to call me a bodybuilder, something like you, Vin DIesel, Kevin Levrone (now)...

My goals are more MMA related (fighting) but i must say i am "addicted" to nutrition/weight training as my g/f likes to say.
I would like to be 215lbs tops with moderate size and have minimal BF%, don't really have a certain digit, just kinda go by look and feel. I am looking forward to my first bulk coming soon.
Currently 195lbs in my avatar pic.

no matter what goals i put down as sooon as they are reached i will not be happy and my goals will be ever chaniging as i will never be satisfied, i dont know if that i sgood or bad but i have never liked my body and that is why i started lifting, then i got bigger but i wasnt big enough now i have competed and placed second so now i need to work harder and get bigger and place first. i guess my overall goal is to be a pro BB but even if i reach that i will then i still work just as hard to stay on top adn become the best ever.

My Goal:
Once i achieve my perfect body i want start a business that is for someones lifestyle. I want them to come to me for assistance in everything they need, whether it be fitness, clothes, career, getting a date, paying bills, and just becoming something they want to be. I want to make them over and be a Lifestyle Trainer for people. I love the attention i get when i am out, i never had that when i was younger. My girlfreind is wonderful when i comes to paying stuff off and getting on track.
If guys or girls need to come to me for assistance then i would train them in every aspect i can in order for them to have what they want and boost there self confidence.
LIFESTYLE TRAINING

Great Thread!
My objective is for my outward appearance to match my "inner" appearance.
Or put it another way, I'm very happy with my life, and just want my body to look as good as I feel.

My goals are similar to your Swole except I have arrived here by a different path. Never got into the competition but spent a coupls of years just trying to get huge, with some success. Now, I have found that haveing an impressive physique, one that draws some attention and wows from friends, doesnt have to be just big. I want that, thick ripped physique, something like you sport now. I want to work out like i am going to compete but not go as big as I would have to. I am currently just under 180. Im 5' 8" 25 yrs old and about 12% bf. My goal is to hit that 180 but drop my bf into single digits. Great thread!
