IF A PERSON DEVELOPS SIDE STITCHES WHILE AND THEY HURT REAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLL BAD...IS IT SAFE TO IGNORE THE PAIN AND CONTINUE RUNNING???

Run through them IMO. Being a person who used, and I stress "used", to run marathons I can tell you tha you will generally be able to run through these and reach the point of your "second wind" when you have enough endorfins running through your body to keep the pain shut out.

I dont mean for you to take it seriously. I mean like you have more determination/ will power and drive than I ever will judging by what you describe to me. mines gettin a lot better..i have basically stuck to this diet straight and it was actually a harder decision to have a cheat meal bcuz i thought it would help, to eat what i usually would
