my girl listens to salsa/merengue while she works out.. got me in the habbit.. I only understand some spanish, so half the time I dont know what they are saying.. must be a mental thing now?

ahhh... So many... 4000+ songs on my Ipod. Alot of rock and roll, heavy metal, rap, blues, jazz, punk..
Absolutely no country or dance or boyband or teenybopper shit...
Nothing like training to megadeth or old metallica tho..

Yeah, I like the Symphony of Destruction cd, as well as Disturbed, Papa Roach, and other metal with an edge. I also like to lift to Queensryche Operation Mindcrime.
