l've just watched the movie, i have heard the joke before, for those who havent heard it i dont really think its appropiate to type it on here lol but i still dont know wtf is an Aristocrat????????????

Someone of the aristocracy. The hereditary elite,noble, priviliged, upper class. A class or group of individuals generally regarded as superiour.

Oh BTW the only exception to the rule is George Walker Bush. Hes regarded more so as the villlage idiot.
