Humans are in general not that good with confrontations. We just like to blame it on the other while both usual does equaly big misstakes.

lets be rational for a minute here...
first off lets stop generalizing the sexes, men and women are no better at handling situations cause "situations" is too general a term, it really depends on the specific situation, and the individuals knowledge and experience towards the situation.. NOT THIER SEX!!! and if you really want to get into it, womens decisions are based largely on emotions, which is a surefire recipe for disaster. Men on the otherhand have egos that they usually overcompensate for and often will demonstrate loyalty towards a belief even if that belief serves them no benefit and has brought major conflict into their lives, it is the male ego but w/e all im tryn to say is everyones entitled to thier opinions and beliefs but never exhaust too much energy defending your belief cause you may kill someone over a belief today that tommorow you may not believe in anymore.
