Favorite music to lift to...
Whats your favorite music to lift to? What band/album/song gets you floored?
I've been listening to Deftones Adren****e album straight through. I'll psyche myself up until the screaming hits and i just punch it, and it always makes me squeeze out a couple more than if I were subjected to listening to the teeny-pop sh*t they play at my gym... then again it may just piss me off enough to result in the same effect.
Also, do you have one particular thought going through your head when you're lifting to help you lift as hard as possible? I know it sounds f*cked up, but I always think about a loved one trapped in a car, like flipped upside down, and I'm using whatever bodypart I'm training to lift it off of them. Pretty crazy I know, but hey it works...

far beyond driven is a great album. i also really like the great southern trendkill. but honestly i usually listen to gangsta rap like mc eiht, brotha lynch hung, hollowtip, califa thugs, dre dog. basically the more hardcore agressive sh_t with the "im gonna kill you" type vibe. when im lifting il think about things that piss me off, like some motherfu_ker that gave me shit, or maybe a girl that fu_ked with my head.
